One DVK THE MRS effect pedal signed by Alex Skolnick will be awarded to the winner of this contest �• Contest open to residents in the USA and Canda only; all other submissions will be disqualified �• Only one entry per person �• Duplicate entries will automatically void ALL entries submitted by an individual entrant •� Entries must be received by midnight, September 30th, 2011 •� Entries must contain the required information (denoted with asterisk); incomplete entries will not be accepted •� Lost, late, misdirected, and incomplete entries are not the responsibility of MV Pro Audio, LLC, or DVK Technologies •� MV Pro Audio, LLC, will disqualify, at its sole discretion, any submission believed to be fraudulent •� The winner will be chosen by random drawing conducted by MV Pro Audio, LLC, on October 15, 2011 • ��Winner will be notified by email �• Winner agrees to to allow his or her name to be published on the MV Pro Audio and DVK Web and social media sites and via standard news outlets •� Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of your prize �• Contest void where prohibited by law • |
